Our fitting team will need to be on site for the 1st fit of the Central Vacuum System installation after compaction and before DPC or steel.

We will be required to once again come onto site after the brickwork has been completed and before the walls are plastered in order to install the mounting plates and plaster guards.

Should there be a second floor our fitting team will need to return to site after reinforced steel and before the concrete is poured.

When the Kitchen cupboards are due to be installed we will need to be called onto site once again in order to install the Vacpan in the kick plates of the cupboard.

After which the entire system will be pressure tested to ensure that the system is working 100%.

This will take place a week before the home is occupied. The final fit entails installing the power unit and the inlet valves.
